Fees

Fees for an office visit:

Initial Evaluation: $250.

Fees are determined by the type of treatment provided as well as complexity and length of time.

Fees are periodically subject to revision.
  • Clients are expected to pay their office fee, copay, insurance deductible or coinsurance at the time of service.
  • Exceptions are made by agreement with the office only. Should there be a balance due, you will receive a statement which is due and payable upon receipt.
  • Fees for school, legal or other reports/meetings will be charged in accordance with the nature of the report/meeting and time involved.
